The P620 infrared camera includes a high-definition 640 x 480 infrared detector that delivers exceptional resolution and image quality for accurate infrared surveys. As a result, accurate readings can be taken on smaller objects at safe distances. Readings can be taken with an accuracy of ±2° C or ±2% .

The P620 features a large target-distance to spot-size ratio for accurate measurements and analysis of small objects at long distances. This enables professionals to conduct quick, easy, and safe IR inspections where high-voltage and hazardous conditions exist

Viewfinder and LCD
The P620 includes a viewfinder and a high resolution LCD for added flexibility in field operations. The tilt-able viewfinder is ideal for outdoor work, especially in bright sunlight and viewing targets under all lighting conditions. The 5.6" wide screen LCD is productive solution for indoor viewing of images.
Integrate visual images
The P620 includes an integrated 1.3 megapixel camera to aid in reporting. Infrared and visual images taken with the P620 are stored in standard JPEG formats. The infrared and visual images are automatically associated to make reporting easy.
Visual Target Illuminator
The P620 visual camera has a target illuminator or lamp for taking pictures in low light areas, such as electrical cabinets. The target illuminator ensures good reference visual images can be documented regardless of the lighting conditions
Voice Annotation with Each Image
The P620 allows the operator to record a full 30 seconds of digital voice that is automatically stored with each IR image. This allows a full description of the target and fault condition to be recorded in the field and then documented in the IR report. In addition, text comments for each image can be entered manually or preloaded from a PC with ThermaCAM Reporter Software. 3 hours Run-Time on a Single Battery
The P620 includes a charging station capable of conditioning and charging two 3-hour batteries at a time. In addition, like a cell phone, you can plug the P620 into an AC outlet or optional 12V cable and charge the battery while running the camera.
ThermaCAM Reporter 8 Software
Images are easily downloaded and analysed using ThermaCAM Reporter 8 software.
You have full flexibility to design your own report in the standard Microsoft Word environment having access to all features like selections of fonts and spell check. mages can be emailed and viewed in Microsoft Windows programs without the need for any additional proprietary software. ThermaCAM Reporter 8 Pro Software offers trending and image fusion for easy blending of infrared and digital photos. With Automatic Report Generation, you can easily create reports to combine all your inspection information

Powerful infrared lens
The large diameter lens leads more infrared radiation to the detector resulting in crisp infrared images. The high precision germanium lenses with integral USM focusing mechanism are designed to take full advantage of the high resolution FPA detector. The camera can be manually focussed turning the lens-ring or by autofocus.
High quality digital camera
P620 comes with a with 24° lens with close focus of 0.3m which suits most applications. Lenses, with adjustable aperture, are exchangeable.
Tiltable viewfinder
The ThermaCAM P620 carries a high resolution viewfinder. The viewfinder is tiltable, ideal for outdoor use or when the LCD screen is not being used.

A turnable control grip allows you to move the camera into the most comfortable user position. A few buttons and a joystick control the entire ThermaCAM P620 and allow point-and-shoot operation. Functions like autofocus, freezing and storing of images are just a button away.
Programmable direct access buttons
For increased flexibility the operator can program buttons located on the side of the ThermaCAM P620. Change colour palettes; emissivity settings or temperature ranges; activate analysis tools such as spots and areas - all at the touch of a button.

Storage possibility
JPEG images can be stored on a removable SD card. Thousands of images can be easily stored on a high capacity SD card. Two SD-Card slots are available.
Easy connectivity
USB connection allows an easy download of full radiometric 14-bit JPEG images to your PC. Non-radiometric MPEG video imagery streaming to the PC is also provided.
Interfaces
Text comments can be uploaded to the camera through an IrDa interface. A headset can be connected for voice annotations.
Intelligent battery system
The Li-Ion battery of the ThermaCAM P620 gives the user an inspection autonomy of over 3 hours. The battery can be charged while still in the camera, in a 2-bay charger or in a car, on the way to your next job.
